Full Contractor Checks

You can always be confident with contractors working via BITE. We meet each and every contractor in person for an interview, we also check their skills, CV's and a minimum of two references. For overseas contractors and consultants we confirm their right to work in the UK and visas, saving agents and recruiters a lot of time and effort.

The high standards that BITE expects from its contractors is seen every day, we offer training modules to improve contractors interview and presentation skills for example. Along will many other training modules agents and recruiters can rest assured that BITE contractors are professional and highly skilled.

As a career management company we want our contractors to progress their careers, but we also want to make sure that they are operating legally especially when it comes to finances. The BITE PAYE Umbrella Service and Salary Employment keep contractors and agents in a good position. For the higher earners, we only work with contractors that have a Personal Service Company, set up and administered via a firm of qualified / chartered accountants.

Additional Services

We protect against the transfer of debt provision that agencies may face when dealing with contractors under the MSC legislation. We also provide contractor insurance, IR35 & MSC legislation advice, visa support and contractor training. All make BITEs Service unique – for contractors and agents.
