New Contracts – Keeping in tune with changing legislation

BITE Consulting have recently reviewed and updated all of our contract paperwork. Existing contractors will already be well aware of the complexities involved when contracting in the UK . To ensure that contractors, agencies and clients are operating legally and effectively, BITE has undertaken extensive measures to make certain all parties are working well within the law.

Over the last few months there has been a significant change to the way contractors work, mainly due to the April Managed Service Company Legislation 2007. This particular area of the law has been difficult for many to get to grips with. Not to mention Employment Legislation, IR35 and visa regulation that tie together with the MSC legislation.

BITE aims to offer contractors a legal safety net in which they can operate efficiently in the UK IT Contracting world.
