BITE Membership Opportunities

A range of career development and support opportunities are available for BITE Members.

1. BITE Membership: Full Graduate membership is available through successfully completing and graduating from the Job search training programme and attained their first contract with BITE.Members receive free help and advice on the UK Contract market from their mentor, use of the BITE JOBSEARCH PORTAL with it’s mobile capabilities and the new BITE Jobs phone App, plus all the usual benefits and BITE’s legal help line and our network of contacts. Associate membership is available to contractors that have worked with BITE and may not have completed any training or those that have joined BITE but not used the job search services or not successfully moved into contracting (they may be currently be in permanent employment).

2.Five star contractor: Career development opportunity available to BITE members on their second or subsequent contract having successfully completed the job search mentoring programme and at least one contract with BITE, includes subscription to the IT Academy and the training, mentoring  and development opportunities this brings.

3.Gold Star Contractor: full 5 star membership plus entitlement with Job search office and mentoring facilities all available at only 5% margin- this is granted to contractors who have normally worked for 5 years as a BITE Contractor.

4. Executive Associate: Through successful 6+referrals the executive associate earns the right to earn 25 percentage on any margin BITE makes on any successfully referred candidates. A major opportunity for networkers and advocates.

BITE Graduates- Contractor Training Program

Those candidate contractors who successfully complete the BITE Contractor 10 step training programme and attain their first contract with BITE are awarded a BITE Diploma in Job search having been assessed during their job search training programme (new June 2012) and become a BITE Member.

Contractor Career development programme - Five Star Contractors IT Training Academy

Our new  IT training academy is being launched in June 2012 and IS AVAILABLE TO THOSE CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE WORKED AS A CONTRACTOR WITH US FOR 60+ Days and are on their SECOND FULL TIME or subsequent contract through BITE. You can access a full range of training programs and courses for free or fee depending on choice. Full job search service provided at 7.5% .

Executive Associates

Opportunity to refer candidates and earn 25% of BITE’s income on each referred contractor working for more than 6 weeks and for a maximum of 2 years. Free CV advice adhoc  informal support.
