Will the MSC legislation affect me if I use BITE?

No – if you are new to the UK or are planning to come over soon, BITE can help you from the start, helping you find contracts quickly and ensuring you are operating legally through our Umbrella Company Services (not affected by MSC legislation).

If you already have a PSC set up, and wish to work through BITE, we will do our best to check whether you are in fact operating legally and not accidentally caught by the MSC legislation. You will then have access to all BITE services including CV writing, contract administration and our comprehensive contractor marketing services.
