How BITE and Agencies work together

We are specialists at dealing with IT & Accountancy Contractors who wish to be employed as a consultant or contract via an umbrella or limited company.

The Team

All our staff have a background in either working for an agency, an IT client or as an independent contractor. We understand the industry and monitor the current market place closely.

Our Directors include

Keith Boatman: Managing Director - a graduate of Loughborough University, with a Degree in Economics plus 20 years of experience. Keith has worked for Allied Domeq joining as a graduate trainee and progressing to Services Director responsible for Information Technology. His experience has included, working as Group Operations Director for an agency LHR (now Capita) and working as an independent consultant.

Jennifer Benyon-Tinker: Director of Resourcing - Alumni of the London Business School, Jennifer has many years experience in IT. Initially in the Scientific Civil Service where she joined F. International (now Xansa) where she became a Divisional Director and Director of Technology. Her experience includes 6 years in the City as an Independent Consultant running a Software House for a private client Stockbroker, as well as the successful startup of a Recruitment Agency

Advice on IR35 - so that the choice they make on their Limited Company is the "best" for their personal circumstances and takes account as to whether they are caught by IR35 or not. This includes getting contract advice and helping them to keep contract logs to prove "free lance" status.

A Marketing Support Service - Which helps those contractors without a job to get a contract through BITE's marketing of their skills and availability.
